By using this website or placing an order with SENO STUDIO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
02. — ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
03. — PRESCRIPTION ORDERS
By submitting prescription data, you confirm the prescription is accurate and current (not older than 24 months). SENO STUDIO is not liable for errors in prescriptions submitted by the customer. We will verify prescription details before dispatch and may contact you to confirm.
04. — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — images, copy, design, trademarks — is owned by SENO STUDIO Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content without written permission.
05. — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SENO STUDIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products, beyond the value of the original order. Our total liability to any customer is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
06. — GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
