01. — DELIVERY TIMELINES

Order processing begins on the next working day after payment confirmation. Prescription orders require lab processing time. Our team will confirm your prescription values before dispatching.

02. — SHIPPING CHARGES

Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000. Orders below ₹2,000 incur a flat ₹149 delivery charge. Express delivery is charged separately at ₹249–₹349 depending on city.

03. — RETURN WINDOW

Non-prescription frames: 15 days from delivery date. Frame must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging. We do not charge a return shipping fee on manufacturing defects.

Prescription frames are non-returnable. If there is a lens error or fitting defect, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a correction at no cost.

04. — EXCHANGE PROCESS

To exchange a frame, contact us at returns@senostudio.com with your order number and reason. Approved exchanges are processed within 3 working days of receiving the original frame. Size exchanges and colour exchanges are both permitted within the 15-day window.

05. — DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at hello@senostudio.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will dispatch a replacement within 2 working days at no cost.
