Select your frame, choose your lens type (Single Vision, Progressive, or Blue-Light), and add to bag. At checkout, you will find a prescription entry field. You can enter values manually (SPH / CYL / AXIS / ADD) or note your preference and our team will contact you to confirm before dispatch.

Standard frames ship within 2–3 working days. Prescription frames ship within 5–7 working days, accounting for lens cutting and quality check. Express delivery is available in select cities for a surcharge.

Non-prescription frames can be returned within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Prescription frames are non-returnable but can be exchanged within 7 days if there is a fitting issue or prescription error verified by our opticians.

Wipe with a microfibre cloth. Avoid contact with solvents, perfumes, and hairsprays — these degrade the acetate surface. Store in the case provided when not in use. Do not place face-down. In high-heat environments (car dashboards), acetate can temporarily soften — avoid.

All frames carry a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials or construction. This covers hinge failure, delamination, and lens coating failures. It does not cover accidental damage, scratches from improper cleaning, or frame distortion from heat exposure.

Yes. Use our virtual try-on to preview frames on your face. Alternatively, book an in-person eye test and fitting at a SENO studio location. Home trial (2 frames, 5 days) is available in Mumbai and Delhi.

Our blue-light coating blocks wavelengths in the 380–420nm range, which are implicated in digital eye strain. It is recommended for people who spend more than 4 hours per day on screens. It does not affect visual colour perception under normal indoor lighting.

Single Vision (one prescription power), Progressive (distance + intermediate + near with no visible line), and Blue-Light (our dedicated screen lens, available with or without prescription). All lens types include our standard anti-glare coating on both surfaces.
